About the Project
The owners of this 1800s Farmhouse contacted Odell Painting after learning about us online. It’s safe to say that life is cyclical: During the initial consultation, Odell Painting Founder Ken Odell quickly realized the property was, in fact, where he went to middle school.
The converted schoolhouse had sustained moderate water damage from the 4th floor and down. During our two months on the job, we patched, repaired, restored and painted the home to match its original luster. For our part, the crown jewel of the project was custom detail work around the in-wall fireplace, a feature the owners added during renovations.
